What is the return policy?

We understand that when you order online, you might receive an item that doesn't fit properly. You can request a return by sending us an e-mail with your order number and items that need to be returned to info@sustainablesteals.ca. We will give you a refund in the form of store credit within 10 days of your purchase date.

We do not offer returns on shipped or held orders.

Are any purchases final sale?

Shipped and held orders are final sale. All other final sale purchases will be labelled/communicated at time of purchase.

When will I get my order?

Local pick-up orders are ready within 1-3 days. Deliveries are done on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Shipped orders are sent on Mondays.

How do I know the pre-loved pieces are in good condition?

We do three thorough quality control checks on each piece of clothing we list on the website.
We pride ourselves on offering lightly used and new items at a discounted price. However, if an item is still in overall good condition but has a minor flaw it will be noted in the item description and priced accordingly.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer Canada-wide flat rate shipping for $28.
