We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items that have not been picked up after 10 days of being prepared will not be eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is has a damage that was not noted or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on shipped or held orders.
Refund for Store Credit
After we have inspected your return, we will provide you the value of the item to your account as store credit.
